Kevin Lehman (Owner/Operations/Trainer)

Email: Kevin@Perfect-Pooch.com

Kevin has always had an interest and passion for dogs.  After graduating from Lehigh University in 1996 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering he spent several years in engineering and IT before coordinating the founding of Perfect Pooch in 2003.  Kevin has been instrumental in the growth and progress of Perfect Pooch, along with supervising the pooch yard more than anyone.  His countless number of hours as the primary care giver and his overall skill of maintaining the well being of dogs at the pooch makes him an asset to Perfect Pooch as a whole.  He currently owns three dogs, Laden (Mixed breed rescue), Gavin (Miniature Australian Shepherd) and Butters (Miniature Poodle).  In addition to training, and supervising the yard, Kevin oversees the facility and operations.  He does everything from taking pictures of the dogs in the yard to working on Perfect Pooch infrastructure.

 Sarah Ross (General Manager/Behavioral Consultant)

Sarah, is an all star rugby player from North Wales PA. She’s always been a natural with dogs, and grew up with Bassett Hounds (one of the most stubborn breeds). As a child Sarah and her family trained her Bassets in basic obedience, and scent tracking. Sarah’s dogs were always under control, and with Bassett Hounds that’s not easy to do. When Sarah came to Perfect Pooch, we immediately noticed her strong work ethic, and natural ability controlling a pack of dogs. She came here with one dog, a Lab Rott mix named Riley. Since then she’s rescued a Pit Bull named Sun, and adopted a Bassett Hound named Benny. Sarah's now 4 year experience, averaging around seven thousand hours spent in the yard, gives her great knowledge of overall dog behaviors. She constantly astonishes us with her ability to know every dogs name, best friends, and even what food they eat. Surely you will see her around the pooch and will make your dogs tail wag wildly.

 Dana "HR" Goldblum (Human Resources/Administration)

Dana first started learning the Perfect Pooch philosophy in the fall of 2009 when she brought her 5 month old Goldendoodle named Buckley in for training. After bringing Buckley in for training and frequently using our Daycare service Dana fell in love with our pack, humans and dogs. In 2011 she applied for a job and started volunteering at our facility by helping Amy in the grooming shop.  Finally the time came that we took her on full time and she is now a great means of organization, structure, and a smiling face upon entering our facility..

From trims, shaves, nails, ears, and even recently coloring, Amy can do it all. She currently has one dog named Snarf who is a Pitbull/Corgi Mix.
